Our Fees
We understand that the cost of legal proceedings and hiring a criminal defence lawyer can be very stressful for clients, particularly when it comes to how much the process is going to cost. We aim to make this as easy and transparent as possible for you.
We offer a reasonably low rate for initial consults for those seeking a criminal defence lawyer, at just $99.00 for up to an hour. Initial consults are generally conducted in our office in Subiaco. For those people who would prefer to speak to us from the comfort of their own home, or those who are unable to travel, we offer telephone and Skype consultations.
At your initial consult, we will be able to provide you with an outline of where your case is headed, and provide you with an estimate of fees to move forward.
Unlike most other criminal law firms, we also offer fixed fees for certain matters, which provides you with security as to how much your legal fees will be. Please ask us at your initial consult whether a fixed fee is available in your matter.

All initial consults are obligation free. If you instruct us to proceed, we will provide you with our Retainer and Cost Agreement for your consideration.
